What a detail actually includes
Detailing means different things at different shops, so here’s exactly what you get for each one. Every job is quoted on the vehicle — its size, its condition and how far you are from Leesburg all move the number. Quotes are free, so ask before you book.
Maintenance detail
Interior and exterior in one visit. This is the one most customers book, and the one to keep on a schedule.
It’s built for a vehicle that’s already in reasonable condition — a daily driver you want kept sharp rather than rescued. Booked every few months, it stops the kind of build-up that turns into a much bigger job later.
Inside: vacuum throughout, wipe-down of dash, console, door panels and vents, interior glass. Outside: hand wash, wheels and tires, exterior glass, and a protective finish on the paint.
Ceramic coating
A thin layer of hard, clear material bonded over your paint to protect it and hold a deep gloss.
A coating goes on properly corrected paint, which is why it’s quoted rather than priced off a list — we need to see the finish first. Paint correction is usually part of the job, and that varies more than anything else on this page.
Once it’s on, washing gets easier, water sheets off instead of sitting, and the paint has a real barrier between it and Ohio weather. We’ll walk you through what to expect and how to look after it before you commit to anything.

Full interior detail
The deep clean. Everything inside the cabin, including the parts most people give up on.
Carpets and mats, seats, the seams and rails under them, console, cup holders, vents, door jambs, glass. If you’ve got kids, dogs, a job site or all three riding around with you, this is the one that resets the vehicle.
Heavily soiled interiors and pet hair take longer, so those are quoted after we see it — we’ll always tell you before we start, never after.

Full exterior detail
A proper hand wash and decontamination, then protection on top — not a run through a tunnel.
Foam and hand wash, wheels, tires and wheel wells, exterior glass, then a protective finish on the paint. Bugs, road film and the grit that a drive-through wash grinds into your clear coat all come off first.
If the paint is swirled or scratched, exterior detailing cleans and protects it but won’t remove the defects — that’s paint correction below.
Paint correction
Machine polishing that removes swirl marks, wash scratches and light defects instead of hiding them.
Those cobwebs you see across the hood in direct sun are thousands of fine scratches in the clear coat, most of them put there by automatic car washes and dirty towels. Correction levels the surface so light reflects cleanly again.
How much work it takes depends entirely on the paint, which is why there’s no list price. We’ll look at it, tell you what’s realistic, and quote it before starting.
Engine bay detail
Degreased, cleaned and dressed — the part of the vehicle nobody thinks about until somebody else is looking at it.
Road dust, oil mist and leaf litter collect under the hood and bake on over the years. We clean all of that out and dress the plastics and hoses, so the bay looks looked-after instead of neglected.
It’s an inexpensive add-on and it shifts the impression a vehicle gives more than you’d expect — worth doing before you sell or trade in. A clean bay is also a lot easier to read: a fresh leak shows up straight away instead of hiding in the grime.
Most people add this while we’ve already got the vehicle in for a detail, which is the cheapest way to do it. Happy to book it on its own too.

Headlight restoration
Yellowed, hazy lenses sanded and polished back to clear. It sharpens up the whole front of an older vehicle, and you actually see more of the road at night.
Paint protection film (PPF)
We’re asked about PPF regularly and we don’t install it. Ceramic coating is the protection we offer — happy to explain the difference over the phone so you can decide which one you actually want.
